J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that an application for renewal and replacement was not considered by the respondent on the ground that there is an objection filed by a third party. The petitioner submits that there were some disputes pending between one Jibi Jacob and himself and the same have now been settled as per Ext.P4. In such circumstance if the original of Ext.P4 is produced before the authority, the authority shall issue notice to the said objector and finalise the renewal and replacement, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Writ petition is disposed of.
