JUDGMENT

The petitioner laments that there is no action on the check reports filed for non-adherence of the time schedule. Exts. P2 and P3 representations put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exts. P2 and P3 representations with notice to the petitioner and other interested parties. The interested parties have been made mention of in Ext. P2 and P3 representations. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
