JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks disbursement of the monthly pension with arrears, Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity, Commuted Value of Pension and leave salary arrears with effect from the year 2010. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P2 representation which is pending consideration with the first respondent.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P2 representation with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months.

The writ petition is disposed of.
