J U D G M E N T

The petitioner contends that ineligible persons are being admitted as members to the first respondent Society. The petitioner has a grievance as regards the unauthorised drawing of sitting fee by the members of the Managing Committee of the Society. There is also an allegation of misappropriation against the members of the managing committee of the Society.

2. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation detailing all aspects. The representation is pending before the second respondent.

The petitioner seeks an early consideration of the representation in the circumstances.

3. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner and other affected parties. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
