J U D G M E N T

The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for an extension of time to comply with the directions in Ext.P5 order of the Appellate Tribunal.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar and taking into account the plea of financial hardship urged on behalf of the petitioner, I grant the petitioner time till 09.11.2015 for complying with the directions in Ext.P5 order of the appellate Tribunal.
