JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader.

2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. Petitioners submit that the 3rd respondent is the brother of 2nd petitioner and at the instance of 3rd respondent, police is unduly harassing the petitioners.

3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that neither any complaint has been received from any of the parties nor police authorities have called the petitioner at any time. It is submitted that only after receiving notice of the writ petition, police authorities went to the residence where they were residing, but they were not found there and the daughters of the petitioners are living there. The daughters, according to the police, has stated that they are willing to accommodate the petitioners.

WP(C) No. 30787 of 2015 -:2:- We do not find any police harassment in this case. The Writ Petition is closed.
