JUDGMENT
The writ petition was filed for consideration of a representation, Ext.P6 and permit the petitioners to appear in the 2nd year B.Com examinations, which was to be held in 2009. Petitioners were granted an interim order on 11.12.2009, permitting such appearance on making it provisional and subject to further orders to be passed in the writ petition. Since the prayer for permission of writing the examination was made in the context of a pending representation before the second respondent, there would be nothing further this Court can do in the above matter. It is made clear that the result of the petitioners in the examination, which was provisional, would be subject to the result of the decision made by the second respondent on Ext.P6 representation. All the contentions of the petitioners are left open. Writ petition is closed.
K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
