JUDGMENT
The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the validity of the regular permit enjoyed by the petitioner has expired. There can therefore be no objection to the respondent in issuing a permitless certificate to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner is free to have the regular permit, if renewed, issued in his favour.
The writ petition is disposed of.
