JUDGMENT

The Government Pleader submits that the validity of the regular permit issued to the petitioner has long ago expired. It is stated that an application for renewal of the permit is pending. 2.

The petitioner contends that he is operating the service on the basis of a temporary permit. The petitioner wants to replace the existing vehicle with another. It is open to the petitioner to file an application for replacement of the vehicle. The same shall be considered notwithstanding the fact that the vehicle KL-33 E 3882 has been re-possessed by the financier. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
