JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached 2nd respondent to correct the date of birth in Standard X- Equivalency Certificate. Ext.P4 is the representation. On account of non-consideration of Ext.P4, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has not produced any supporting documents along with Ext.P4 and therefore, it cannot be considered.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner shall produce all supporting documents to correct the date of birth in the certificate. If such documents are produced within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, appropriate action shall be taken to

W.P.(C).No. 30874 of 2015 -2correct the certificate within further period of two months. If any proper application is necessary, the petitioner shall also file the same.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
