JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks permission for private sale of his property to discharge the mortgage loan. Ext.P2 representation submitted in this regard is pending consideration with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner and the other loanees. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
