The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext. P5 application for renewal of Ext. P3 license.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P5 application with notice to the petitioner and other affected parties. The exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner is free to produce a copy of the writ petition with the judgment before the respondents for compliance.
