JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks the sanction and disbursement of the following benefits:

"1. Monthly Pension with arrears w.e.f 6/2015

2. DCRG & CVP

3. Provident Fund Closure Amount with interest

4. 1997 Pay Revision Arrears

5. Leave salary w.e.f. 8/2006."

The petitioner in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation.

The same is pending consideration with the first respondent.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The steps to disburse the monthly pension of the petitioner shall be taken without delay.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
