JUDGMENT
Ext.P1 order of suspension imposed on the petitioner is under challenge in Ext.P2 appeal. The petitioner seeks an expeditious consideration of Ext.P2 appeal since he attains the age of superannuation on 31.12.2015.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 appeal with utmost expedition and at any rate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard in the process.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
