J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who is on medical leave, seeks consideration of Exts.P3 and P5 representations. The petitioner's grievance is that he is suffering from Sciatica and is unable to take up his work and hence even when he was posted to the Siva Temple at Ernakulam, he requested for a posting to a C-Grade temple. Accordingly the petitioner was posted as Santhi in the Uzhuvath Ayyappankavu temple.

2. The petitioner is also a C-Grade Santhi. While continuing in the Uzhuvath Ayyappankavu temple, the petitioner is said to have been transferred to Sringapuram. One another person, Biju Namboothiri has been posted at Uzhuvath Ayyappankavu Temple. The petitioner hence proceeded on medical leave, since according to him, he is unable to take up

W.P.(C) No.31059 of 2015 - F the transfer to Sringapuram, since the responsibilities as a Santhi therein would require more onerous tasks to be performed. The petitioner contends that the Santhi at Kunnathuthrikovil has sought for a transfer by Ext.P5 to Sringapuram and the petitioner is willing to go Kunnathuthrikovil.

3. The petitioner also has opted for three places as per Ext.P3. In such circumstance, Exts.P3 and P5 would be considered together by the 3rd respondent and the petitioner and the Santhi at Kunnathuthrikovil shall be issued with notice of hearing and after hearing both, consider their representations at any rate within two weeks there from.

The writ petition would stand disposed of.
