JUDGMENT

The petitioner contends that the varied permit granted as per Ext.P4 order has not hitherto been issued. The petitioner also seeks settlement of timings for the extended portion of the route by allotting a passing time. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P5 representation with the respondent. 2.

I direct the respondent to issue the varied permit after convening a timing conference for the purpose within a period of one month. The respondent shall in so doing consider Ext.P5 representation put in by the petitioner also. The possibility of allotting a passing time to the petitioner as sought shall also be considered.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
