JUDGMENT

The petitioner, as against Exhibit P1 order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Malappuram, has preferred an appeal before the first respondent Kerala State Consumer Redressal Commission. The petitioner has approached this Court apprehending coercive steps, before the appeal is being considered by the Commission.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Malappuram to defer all further proceedings in execution for a period of two months to work out the petitioner's alternative remedy before the first respondent.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
