J U D G M E N T
------------------------- The petitioner has approached this Court alleging that the PWD Road has been encroached by the respondents 4 and 5. 2.
The learned Counsel for the party respondents submit they have not encroached upon the PWD Road and in possession of the land referred in the writ petition is based on valid document.

This Court is of the view that urgent action shall be taken by the 2nd respondent to determine any encroachment of the PWD Road margin. If it is found that respondents 4 and 5 have encroached upon PWD Road, necessarily, they shall be evicted within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Tahsildar is also directed to assist the 2nd respondent to earmark and demarcate the encroachment.
W.P.(C).No.31093 of 2015 Before taking a final decision in the matter by the 2nd respondent, the documents relied by the party respondents shall also be adverted.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
