JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached the third respondent Taluk Surveyor for demarcating the boundaries of his land. The petitioner submits that though notice has been issued as per Exhibit P2, nothing has been done to complete the demarcation. The petitioner also submits that he is prepared to clear the land to enable the third respondent to complete the survey.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that the third respondent shall complete the exercise within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
