JUDGMENT

The petitioner, a borrower, has filed a memo dated 10.07.2015 before this Court to the effect that the petitioner and the second respondent Bank have arrived at an amicable settlement and compromised the issue. In these circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested the Court to record the factum of settlement and close the writ petition. Indeed, if there is any settlement or compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the second respondent, it is entirely for those parties to abide by those terms. This Court, in the light of the memo filed by the petitioner, simply records that the cause espoused in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
