JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 29th January, 2015, which reads as follows :

"It is submitted that the matter is settled. Therefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Hon'ble Court if necessity arises." 2.

The learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 submitted that there was no settlement as stated in the memo, but respondents 4 and 5 have no objection against withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

W.P.(C) No.34185/2011 Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court as and when occasion arises.
