JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :
i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing Ext. P10 proceeding of the 2 nd respondent;
ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to issue experience certificate for the 4 works executed by the petitioner and Mr. V.M. Ashraf, detailed in Ext. P4, in pursuance of Ext. P2 partnership deed and Ext. P3 joint venture agreement forthwith.
iii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext. P11 representation, forthwith;
iv. Issue such other writ, order or direction which may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an 'A Class' contractor having undertaken various works

of very high magnitude. In connection with further course of action, the petitioner sought to have an experience certificate to be issued. Accordingly the second respondent was approached to issue such a certificate. Since the said request have not acted upon, the petitioner approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No. 22197 of 2014, which was disposed of, as per Ext. P9(a) judgment, directing the matter to be considered and finalized as specified therein.
3. Pursuant to the said direction, though the application was considered, request was turned down as per Ext. P10 order dated 31.10.2014, observing that the petitioner was not eligible to have the certificate for the reasons stated therein. Met with the situation, petitioner approached the first respondent by filing Ext. P11 representation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only prayer now pressed before this Court is to cause Ext.P11 to be considered by the first respondent within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
5. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to deal with the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to

consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P11 representation in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the first respondent for further steps.
