J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P6 representation filed for readmission to duty. The petitioner contends that he could not discharge duty as a provisional driver for some time due to the injuries sustained and the prolonged treatment following.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months. The treatment records and the medical certificate produced by the petitioner shall be adverted to in the exercise.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
