J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's grievance is that Ext.P6 appeal dated 23.06.2011 has not been considered till date by the 1st respondent.

Considering the confined prayer made, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the appeal, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing, within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of without any observation on merits, which shall be decided by the 1st respondent, in accordance with law. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the concerned respondent for further steps.
