JUDGMENT

The parties agreed that the timing has to be re-fixed in accordance with G.O.(MS) No. 45/2015 dated 20.08.2015. Ext.P4 objection put in by the petitioner is pending. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 objection with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent. The other operators on the route shall also be put on notice. Final orders shall be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
