JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the petitioner's complaint, upon which Exhibits P1 and P2 notices were issued, has not been looked into by the 2nd respondent till date.

2. The learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent appears and submits that the 3rd respondent has filed their objection dated 13.05.2015 and what remains is consideration by the 2nd respondent.

In the above circumstances, the petitioner and the 3rd respondent shall appear before the 2nd respondent on 22.12.2015, on which date if it is convenient for the 2nd respondent, the matter shall be heard and disposed of within a month thereafter. If it is not convenient, the office of the 2nd respondent shall personally intimate a date of hearing, within two weeks, to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and shall

WP(C).No/.31366 of 2015 - 2 - consider and dispose of the matter within one month from the date of hearing of the same. The petitioner shall produce a certified copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, when appearing on 22.12.2015.

The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
