JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext. P3 application filed with the first respondent. The same is filed to allegedly correct the date of birth of the petitioner's daughter.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P3 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
