JUDGMENT

The petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.KL-09E/9869 has been seized alleging transportation of river sand. The petitioner seeks release of the vehicle, as the adjudication has not been completed under the statutory provisions.

In the above circumstances, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner moves an application before the second respondent for interim custody, the same shall be considered on such terms and the conditions to be fixed by the second respondent. Needful shall be done by the second respondent within three days of moving such application by the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
