JUDGMENT
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, apart from perusing the record.
2. The petitioners, who are the collection agents appointed on 01.09.2012, are said to have submitted Exts.P4 and P5 representations before the second respondent seeking their regularisations. Complaining that those representations have not been considered expeditiously, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition.
3. In response to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the second respondent has submitted that the said respondent has no objection to consider the petitioners' Exts.P4 and P5 representations. In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, disposes of the
W.P.(C.) No. 31480/2015 -2writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners Exts.P4 and P5 representations in accordance with law, after taking into account Exts.P8 and P9 judgments, if they have any application, and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
