J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the widow of deceased Raveendran, who was found lying dead at the side of a public road at 1.15 am on 22.05.2015. Crime No.755 of 2015 of Aranmula Police Station was registered under Section 174 IPC.

2. The complaint of the petitioner is that the death of her husband was nothing but a calculated murder and even after repeated hue and cries, a fruitful investigation is not being done in the matter.

3. The learned State Attorney submits that the investigation of the case is presently handed over to the Circle Inspector of Police, Kozhencherry. He has taken up the investigation on 25.09.2015. The matter is being investigated. Let him get a breathing time to investigate the matter.

W.P.(C).No.31487 of 2015 Presently, the investigation cannot be found fault with in any manner. In case of further grievance in the matter and in case of any laches on the part of the investigating officer, the petitioner is free to approach this Court at appropriate stage. With the said liberty to the petitioner and by directing the investigating officer to carry out the investigation expeditiously, this W.P.(C) is closed.
