The petitioner is aggrieved with the transfer made at Ext.P1. The petitioner, as per the transfer norms, has filed Ext.P3 representation before the Managing Director. 2.
The learned Standing Counsel for the Managing Director had sought for time to get instructions. But, however, in the nature of the orders passed, this Court is of the opinion that no instruction need be obtained. 3.
The Managing Director shall consider the representation within a period of two weeks from the date of this judgment. It is made clear that the transfer of the petitioner is not in any manner interdicted nor has this Court gone into the merits of the matter, which has to be decided by the Managing Director.
The writ petition is disposed of.
