JUDGMENT

The petitioner alleges irregularity in the process for appointment of a Secretary in the third respondent Bank. The contention in short is that the fourth respondent (external agency) has gone out of her way to help the fifth respondent. The petitioner asserts that there is an attempt to select the fifth respondent even though there are better candidates. 2.

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P4 representation and the same is pending with the first respondent. The first respondent is empowered under Section 66A of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act to probe into the complaint. Interest of justice would be met by directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner, third respondent, fourth respondent and the fifth respondent.

The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

WP(C) No. 31847/2014 Further proceedings for appointment to the post of the Secretary will continue dependent on the orders passed finally on Ext.P4 representation.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
