JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court feeling aggrieved by the non implementation of Ext.P2 order passed by the Ombudsman for Local Self Government Institutions. In Ext.P2,it was ordered as follows:- "The Grievance of the petitioner is to provide her employment. The Corporation has filed a statement to the effect that she has got the seniority right from 01/07/2008 and her name will be included in the list and she will be provided the job.

I direct the corporation to do it and provide her the job with effect from 01.10.2012 at the latest."

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation submits that they will include the petitioner in the next list to be published. That submission is recorded. It is made clear that inclusion of the petitioner shall be considered in the light of Ext.P2order and the seniority has to be reckoned

W.P.(C) No.31848/2014 with effect from 1/7/2008.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
