In this writ petition, the petitioner who is faced with recovery steps initiated by the respondents for recovery of the amounts allegedly defaulted by the 4th and 5th respondents, prays for a direction to the respondents not to sell the property covered by Ext.P1 sale certificate. When the matter was called up today in the disposal list, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader on instructions that, the revenue recovery steps against the petitioner have been dropped as the amounts due to the respondents have been settled by the defaulters by remitting the dues. Taking note of the said submission of the learned Government Pleader on instructions, I close this writ petition as infructuous. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE mns/14.10.15
