V. CHITAMBARESH, J --------------------------------------- W.P.(C). NO. 31750 OF 2015 ---------------------------------------- Dated this the 19th day of October, 2015
JUDGMENT
Heard the counsel for the petitioner, Government pleader for the first respondent and Adv. Sri. O.D.Sivadas for the second respondent.
2.
The petitioner laments that the second respondent is being gifted with temporary permit without any timing conference at all. Ext. P5 temporary permit granted to the second respondent expires on 26.10.2015. 3.
I direct the first respondent to conduct a timing conference as regards the operation of service on the route. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 4.
The above direction shall not however interdict the further re-issue of temporary permits to the second respondent if so needed. It is made clear that the
W.P.(C). NO. 31750 OF 2015 2 temporary permit if any issued to the second respondent would be subject to the decision on the application for regular permit pending.
