JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks disbursement of the amount under the following heads:- i) Monthly Pension with arrears ii) Death cum Retirement Gratuity iii) Commuted Value of Pension iv) Leave Salary v) Provident Fund Closure amount vi) Pay Revision (1997) arrears The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P2 representation.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P2 representation with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Endeavour shall be made to disburse the monthly pension at the earliest. The writ petition is disposed of.
