JUDGMENT
The petitioner impugns a Revenue Recovery Proceedings initiated to recover amount of compensation ordered in the proceedings instituted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

The only prayer before this Court that the petitioner may be given two months to discharge the entire liability. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the party respondent who was the complainant in the proceedings. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is given two months time to pay the entire amount demanded. To work out the reliefs Revenue Recovery Proceedings against the petitioner shall be deferred for a period of two months. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
