J U D G M E N T

Shaffique, J.

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. It is stated that he is in possession and enjoyment of an extent of 3.24 ares of property in Sy.No.294/3-4 of Mavelikkara Taluk. It is stated that the 4th respondent is obstructing him from constructing a boundary wall, which has been demarcated with the assistance of Taluk Surveyor.

A perusal of the writ petition clearly indicates that this is a case of civil dispute, which the police cannot resolve. It is for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court and obtain appropriate orders.

Writ petition is dismissed.
