J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 application filed for D & O licence. The petitioner relies on Ext.P3 No Objection Certificate as well as Ext.P5 consent to operate.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner and interested parties. The same shall be done within a period of one month from today.

3. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition with the judgment before the respondent for compliance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
