JUDGMENT

The Government Pleader points out that Ext.P3 circular of the State Transport Authority is being implemented in phases. We cannot wait for an abrupt implementation of Ext.P3 circular through out the State on one fine morning.

The petitioner points out that the granted permit has not hitherto been issued. I direct the respondent to issue the granted permit after convening a timing conference. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
