JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed challenging Exts.P1 and P2 notices issued by the 2nd respondent under the SARFAESI Act seeking to recover an amount of Rs.5,26,596/- from the petitioner. An interim order had been granted in this writ petition. It is also stated that steps had been taken by the petitioner to repay the amounts due to the 2nd respondent.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is closed as having become infructuous.
