J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's father was a declarant in Ceiling Case No.373/73 on the file of the first respondent. 2.

Based on the ceiling proceedings, the respondents took possession of 18.34 Acres of land in Re.Sy.No.427 of Kannamangalam Village from the declarant.

As per the directions of this Court the petitioner is entitled to get 4.40 Acres of land out of 18.34 Acres taken possession by the respondent.

In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to finalize the proceedings of the return of excess land taken from the petitioner's possession within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.
