J U D G M E N T

Ext.P1 application for regular permit put in by the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has in the meanwhile filed Ext.P3 application for temporary permit. The petitioner relies on Ext.P2 representation put in by the Principal of a School and Ext.P2(a) report put in by the President of the Panchayat.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
