Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader in the matter.
2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. The petitioner's case is that he has acquired proficiency in Tantric healing and obtained Doctorate in that. It is submitted by the learned Senior Government Pleader that the petitioner is an accused in a crime and he has already filed a criminal miscellaneous petition seeking anticipatory bail before the Sessions court, Palakkad. The petitioner's case is that the petitioner was called upon to the Police Station and was asked to wait till evening. He further submits that the Police Officers had also visited the School in which the petitioner's children are studying and also visited his house, hence he alleges police harassment.

3. Admittedly, as a crime has already been registered against the petitioner, we do not think that visit of the police at the house of the petitioner or to any other place can be termed as police harassment. The petitioner had already filed the application seeking anticipatory bail and it is for him to pursue the application or to take such other steps permissible under Cr.P.C.
