JUDGMENT
Ext.P2 order of the respondent directed the petitioner Society to defer the appointment to the post of Attender and Peon. The same was till the appointment to the post of Junior Clerk and Typist-cum-Data Entry Operator. The said posts are to be filled up from the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe and Physically Handicapped. 2.
The petitioner submits that the Co-operative Service Examination Board has already advised a physically handicapped candidate to the post of Typist-cum-Data Entry Operator. The order of appointment has already been issued and a Junior Clerk is yet to be advised. The petitioner Society submits that it may take time for the process of appointment to be complete. There is acute shortage of staff and the post of Attender and Peon have to be filled up soon.
3.
The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P3 representation addressed to the respondent. Ext.P3
WP(C) No. 32145/2014 representation is filed to relax the condition imposed in Ext.P2 order. The petitioner seeks early consideration of Ext.P3 representation in the light of subsequent developments. The Special Government Pleader points out that an early disposal of Ext.P3 representation would meet the ends of justice. 4.
I therefore direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner within a period of one month.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
