JUDGMENT

The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation has by memorandum dated 03.03.2015 given light duty posting to the petitioner as driver. The petitioner is free to discharge his duties accordingly pending consideration of his application for category change.

Ext. P13 application for category change shall be considered by the respondents within a month after the petitioner starts discharging his duty as driver aforesaid. The petitioner shall be put on notice and afforded an opportunity to produce the disability certificate issued by the competent authority. The respondents shall also pass orders as regards regularisation of the services of the petitioner while considering the request for category change within the

W.P.(C). NO. 32169 OF 2014 time stipulated. I am sure that the respondents will advert to Exts. P11 and P12 communications issued to the petitioner in this regard earlier.

The writ petition is disposed of.
