J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 application for regular permit to operate stage carriage service. There is a serious dispute as to whether the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of G.O.(MS) No.45/2015/Tran. dated 20.8.2015. The issue is best left to be considered by the second respondent before whom Ext.P2 application is pending.

2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of one month.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
