JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached the first respondent Revenue Divisional Officer under Clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order requesting to permit him to utilise the land for other purposes. Exhibit P7 is the application. This Court is of the view that the first respondent Revenue Divisional Officer shall call for a report from the Agricultural Officer as to the status of the property and consider whether permission can be granted under Clause 6 of the Kerala Land Utilisation Order. Exhibit P7 shall be disposed of by the first respondent within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after issuing notice to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
