J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P3 application for temporary permit. The petitioner points out that an application for renewal of regular permit is pending.

2. Ext.P3 application therefore deserves to be dealt with under Section 87(1)(d) of the Motor Vehicles Act. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
