JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext. P3 application for re-issue of temporary permit. The validity of Ext.P2 temporary permit issued to the petitioner expires on 22.10.2015. 2.
I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P3 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The petitioner shall be permitted to operate service on the route till orders are passed on Ext. P3 application as directed above.
The writ petition is disposed of.
